How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Try it for 30 days. If you're not happy, send us a message with your order number and we'll sort out your refund.
Can I change my order?
Yes. Send us your order number and what you'd like to change, such as the shipping address, and we'll update it before it ships.
How do I use it?
Pull off both caps, put the end in the water and sip like a normal straw. No power, no pump and no setup.
What water can I use it on?
Fresh water: creeks, rivers, lakes, rain tanks, and tap water during a boil-water notice. Don't use it on salt water.
How do I clean it?
After use, blow back through the mouthpiece to clear the filter, then let it air dry with the caps off before you pack it away.
How many do I need?
One per person, plus one in every glovebox. That way nobody shares, and every car has one when it's stuck.
